Please review the following guidelines when contacting Girl Friday for a consultation.
CONSULTATIONS
Initial consultations are generally complimentary however, for clients seeking more detailed advice, research and or a formal proposal, a consulting fee might be charged.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND OR SERVICES QUOTE
To request a proposal and or quote, please provide the following information for faster service:
Project description.
Project location.
Relevant deadline requirements.
Estimated budget.
Special requests and or accommodations.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
GF works on RETAINERS and most projects require a DEPOSIT of 50% prior to work beginning. Projects are either charged on an HOURLY RATE or FLAT RATE PER PROJECT (FRP) to be determined at the time of contract signing.
RETAINERS
Hourly retainers are a pay as you go option perfect for small projects. Clients can purchase a set amount of hours in advance and submit service requests during the designated time period determined at contract signing.

SERVICE CONTRACTS
All clients regardless of project size are provided with a services agreement contract that details the services agreed upon and the payment information.
